Stratford Chiropractic and Wellness Centre

Stratford Chiropractic and Wellness Centre

PROJECT DETAILS
When erecting the main floor walls with ARXX ICF, the front foyer (which is open to the second floor) was built using the tall wall system, and was poured in one continuous pour.

Insul-Deck floor system was used on the main floor, which eliminates the transfer of sound from the main floor to the offices in the basement. The Insul-Deck floor also benefits when using radiant floor heat as it insulates and reduces loss of heat.

Building incorporates environmentally friendly construction and other energy saving features.

By installing a Geothermal heating and cooling system it will decrease energy use by 40%.

The design of the building with numerous large windows will allow for natural lighting.

"Using the ARXX ICF form for this project was very efficient and environmentally conscious as this was an important detail to the client. The design of this building made the wate factor for the ARXX material minimal."

Dublin Office

Cronin Contracting, Shop in Dublin

PROJECT DETAILS

We broke ground at the site for our new shop in June, 2010. We knew we would miss the old barn, however we were all very excited for what was going to replace it. The shop was completed this past November, and we're happily moved in ... mostly.

There are always a few boxes that never seem to get unpacked.

All exterior walls are built using ARXX ICF block and HELIX steel fiber. Walls measure 23 feet and were poured off in one shot with no floor separation. 5,900 square feet of shop space and 3000 square feet of office area. Radient floor heating, triple glaze windows and a giant lift for our equiptment.

We're really excited to be moved in and we can't wait to share it with you.

Mady House

Mady Residence

PROJECT DETAILS
The footprint plan of this home was very complex. It has a variety of unique types of walls including radiuses, octagonal shaped rooms and non-standard angles.

The 2500 sq ft. garage was also built out of ARXX ICF. It was a climate-controlled garage for antique cars.

The front entrance and rear walls of the home are 22 ft. high with no support floor between them.

There is a spiral staircase with bridge connecting both sides of the second floor which over-looked the open area of the front entrance and great room.
